T40 Rattler II Portable gas detector (CO, H2S ou O2)

The T40 Rattler II portable gas detector is dedicated to the detection of carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S) or lack of oxygen (O2). Easy to use, it is equipped with a large LCD screen displaying the measure in a permanent way and a long lasting battery. With an excellent quality/price ratio, it is versatile and suitable for the tertiary sector as well as for industry.

  • Portable single gas detector for the detection of the CO, H2S or lack of oxygen (O2)
  • High performance electrochemical sensors with very short response time
  • Long life lithium battery (more than 2 years without alarm)
  • Powerful sound (95 dB), light and vibration alarm
  • Excellent quality/price ratio, material guaranteed 3 years
Additional information

Robust, light and popular for its ease of use, the T40 portable gas detector is often used in the tertiary sector for the detection of hydrogen sulfide (algae discharges on the coast), carbon monoxide (in boiler rooms, for example) or a decrease in the oxygen rate when using nitrogen cylinders (laboratories, research centers, etc).

Certified ATEX, IECEx, UL, CSA, and designed in a polycarbonate and rubber case, the T40 Rattler II gas detector is robust and can also be used in the most challenging industrial environments. It has a large LCD display for permanent measurement display and alarm setting, and is water and dust resistant with an IP68 protection rating.

In the presence of a hazardous gas concentration, the T40 Rattler II activates an audible, visual and vibratory alarm. The 95 dB audible signal alerts the wearer even in very noisy environments. It also has a recording of the data and the last alarm events that can be easily consulted later.
