The X-am 2500 portable 4-gas detector (explosive gases 0-100% LEL, O2, CO & H2S) has been designed especially for industry, sanitation, public works, or interventions in confined spaces (CATEC). It is a versatile, high-performance device with an excellent quality/price ratio guaranteeing a high level of safety with low operating costs.
Portable ATEX 4-gas detector for explosive gases detection (0-100% LEL), O2, CO, and H2S, can also receive NO2 or SO2 sensors
Large LCD: easy navigation, comfortable reading of gas concentrations
Ergonomic design, robust, water and dust proof (IP67)
Long-life T4 NiMH battery (less than 4 hours charge time)
Optional clip-on pump for remote gas sampling up to 30 m
Additional information
Especially designed for hazardous areas, the X-am 2500 portable 4-gas detector is ATEX certified for zone 0 (permanently present explosive atmosphere). It can accurately and reliably detect the presence of explosive gases (0 - 100% LEL), oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO), and hydrogen sulfide (H2S). It can also be fitted with a NO2 or SO2 sensor but cannot exceed four gases.
The X-am 2500 portable gas detector contains a large, easy-to-read LCD. All target gases are displayed simultaneously on the screen. The device highlights the concerned gas as soon as the alarm is triggered for easy hazard recognition. The 360° visible ultra-bright lights go with a 90 dB audible alarm at 30 cm and a vibrating alarm.
The X-am 2500 portable 4-gas detector is equipped with long-life Dräger Sensor XXS sensors. It provides reliable and safe detection of hazardous gas concentrations. These unique and durable sensors (up to 5 years for the O2, CO, and H2S cells) are particularly suitable for industrial applications, the oil and gas sector, or interventions in confined spaces (CATEC training).
The X-am 2500 gas detector is guaranteed for three years to ensure optimum safet for its user in the face of the potential presence of dangerous gases. A sampling pump (optional) allows gas sampling from a distance of up to 30 meters to ensure the presence or absence of gas before any intervention in confined spaces. Switching from diffusion mode to pump mode is quick, easy, and tool-free.
