The Honeywell Searchzone Sonik™ is an innovative ultrasonic gas leak detector designed for high-risk industrial environments. Using advanced acoustic monitoring technology, it instantly detects ultrasonic sound generated by pressurized gas leaks,regardless of the gas type (toxic, flammable, or inert), without requiring any gas-specific calibration.
Engineered for fixed gas detection systems such as refineries, power plants, chemical factories, gas terminals, and offshore platforms, the Searchzone Sonik™ provides continuous and reliable monitoring, even in noisy environments or areas subject to high turbulence.
Its rugged 316L stainless steel housing, IP66/67 protection, and multiple certifications (ATEX, IECEx, SIL2 TÜV, UL/cUL, DNV, BV, Lloyd’s, ABS) ensure maximum resistance to extreme conditions. It also features advanced functions such as a built-in automatic self-test, Bluetooth®, Modbus, and HART® connectivity, and a mobile application for easy remote diagnostics and maintenance.
Supplied with a standard mounting bracket and a sunshade, the Searchzone Sonik™ can be complemented with optional accessories to meet the specific requirements of any industrial site.
