MGS-410 Refrigerant gas detector

The MGS 410 is a refrigerant gas detector for connection to Bacharach gas detection units via MODBUS. It is a device that can monitor the concentration of many freons and can be integrated into a building management system. It is an excellent value-for-money gas detector that can operate at temperatures down to -40°C.

  • Detection of refrigerant gases
  • Operates in extreme conditions: from -40°C to +50°C
  • Built-in 72 dB audible and visual alarm for refrigeration safety
  • Sealed against dust and strong water jets: IP66
  • Device settings via the MGS-400 mobile application
Additional information

The MGS-410 is a simple refrigerant gas detector with an integrated audible alarm (72 dB) for use with the Bacharach MGS-402 (2-channel) and MGS-408 (8-channel) gas monitors. It is available for a wide range of refrigerant gases such as HFOs (R1234yf or R1234ze), HFCs (R134A, R407C, R410A), HCFCs (R22), NH3, and CO2 following the sensor technology selected.

The MGS-400 mobile application (Android or IOS) simplifies maintenance and status monitoring. It allows the user to communicate with the MGS-410 from a smartphone. For calibration, periodic checks, or gas tests of gas detectors, we offer a wide range of calibration gases in disposable cylinders that meet the ISO6142 standard.
