The Dräger HPS® SafeGuard helmet is an ultra-light, multifunctional firefighter helmet designed for emergency response, indoor and outdoor fires and rescue operations. Thanks to its Jet-type structure, it combines protection, thermal comfort and robustness.
Ideal for use in extreme conditions, this PPE helmet weighs just 1.25 kg and adapts to all users (head size 50 to 67 cm) via an external adjustment wheel. Its anti-fog and anti-scratch polycarbonate visor provides effective protection for the eyes, while an inner lens (transparent or tinted) is available as an option.
The HPS® SafeGuard enhances safety in dark environments thanks to its reflective strips, optional LED lamps (front, sides, rear) and HPS BuddyLight rear indicator with 3 colours and 7 modes. The version with the integrated FlashLight provides powerful hands-free lighting.
For communication, the headset is compatible with the Dräger HPS-COM system, offering clear sound even with breathing apparatus. It is also easy to clean (manual or machine wash) and designed for quick maintenance without tools. It incorporates RFID and barcode technology for efficient logistics tracking.
