Portasens II is a rare gases leak detector with interchangeable sensors. This calibration-free detector is equipped with an internal sampling pump to accurately monitor around thirty gases.
PortaSense II gas leak detector is a single-gas detector to monitor rare gases. This device is powered with a D alkaline battery for around 75 hours runtime and an internal Nicad battery with an autonomy of around 6 hours.
The PortaSense gas leak detector can detect many gases thanks to its large range of interchangeable sensors. Majors detected gases are: alcohol, B2H6, Br2, C2H2, CH2O, Cl2, ClO2, CO, COCl2, F2, acid gas, GeH4, H2, H2O2, H2S, HCl, HF, NH3, NO, NO2, O2, O3, PH3, SiH4. In complement to this detected gases, this monitor features different measuring ranges for every gas.
The PortaSense II primarily detect gas leaks with its integrated sampling pump. This enables accurate measurements of hazardous gas concentrations. This gas leak detector with interchangeable sensors is moreover calibration-free, which makes it very versatile.
This single-gas detector features audible and audible alarms with 3 levels: caution, warning, and alarm with adjustable setpoints. A fourth alarm will indicate a low flow or low battery.
Thanks to its internal memory, the detector can record event data during 8 days with 1 minute interval. Furthermore, Portasense II features an RS32 output to connect a PC for data downloading.
