The MX6 IBRID ATEX multi gas detector combines the best sensor technologies and detects up to 6 gases simultaneously from a wide range of catalytic (explosive gas detection), infrared (hydrocarbons, methane, and CO2), electrochemical (Cl2, ClO2, CO, CO2, H2, HCN, HCl, H2S, NO, NO2, NH3, O2, PH3) and PID photo-ionization lamp sensors for volatile organic compounds detection.
With its waterproof and impact-resistant polycarbonate shell and high protection index, this 6-gas detector is particularly suitable for harsh environments such as petrochemical sites, the steel industry, or the chemical industry. It is certified in most countries of the world and complies with ATEX, UL, CSA, MSHA, ANZEx, INMETRO, GOST-R, KOSHA, and China EX standards.
The MX6 multi gas detector has a color display that is highly readable in all light conditions contributing to a higher level of safety. Whether the intervention takes place outdoors or indoors, it is quick and easy to visualize the recorded data and the evolution curves of the measured gas concentrations clearly and directly.
